Our Yoga Classes
We offer our FRC Yoga classes every Monday from 6:00-7:00 PM. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to meet you at your level. As a special offer, your first class is absolutely free. After that, it's just £20 per month for access to our weekly class.
